• $370/month – Two people
• Includes: utilities, maintenance, monthly cleaning, and grounds upkeep
• Does not include: Internet, telephone, and cable television
• Payable before the first of each month
• $35 – Remote Gate Opener Deposit
• $1000 – Pet Deposit
